Wire Decks

Nashville Wire decking is custom designed to meet the requirements of not only load capacity, but also for the type of product that will be stored on the decking.
Wire Mesh Deck also known as wire decking is a versatile product that can be effectively used in many applications. Wire Mesh Deck can be cut to size, are economical and lightweight.
- Wire Mesh decking is versatile because it adds a clean and uniform grid pattern appearance.
- Wire mesh decking can be used as an alternative to particle board, plywood, and other wood supports.

Pallet Safety Supports
Pallet Safety Support Bars are generally used with pallet racking. They are an affordable way to provide a safe foundation for stacking pallets into a pallet rack. With the support bars in place, the pallet does not need the strength to span the gap between the beams. The pallet will be at least partially supported by these horizontal bars, and they are an affordable alternative to wire decking.
Row Spacers
Row Spacers are used to connect and provide consistent spacing between racks that are placed back to back. Row Spacers also deliver added stability.
Row Spacers are bolted on to the frame. It is recommended that you use two row spacers per frame for pallet racking exceeding 6 times the width of the rack.
- For frames up to 120″ tall, 2 row spacers per frame are required.
- For uprights 144″ to 216″ tall, 3 spacers are required per upright.
Pallet Back Stops
In most Southern California cities, Pallet Back Stops are a requirement for flue space within a storage rack system. Single and double row racks are to be equipped with a pallet/commodity stop along the transverse flue space at each level.
Double row racks are to be equipped with a pallet/commodity stop along the longitude flue space. In double row racks, where products are hand-stacked, chain link should be securely attached to the rear of the racks.
Guard Rail
Create an extra level of protection from your work environment with our TufGuard, Guard Rails, Thoroughly constructed from heavy-duty 10 gauge corrugated steel rails (same as those used in California highways) and mounted to universal structural steel columns. Our guardrails are made to absorb the impact exerted by forklifts or other mobile equipment.
TufGuard Guard Rails are available in 18″ single rail and 40″ double rail system. The guard rails are modular in design for endless configurations and applications.
